Latinos respects your privacy. This notice describes what we collect, why, and how you can opt out.

What we collect
We use Google Analytics 4 for anonymous visitor statistics: page views, traffic source, device type, and rough location at country level. No names, no email addresses, no other personal data.
We have configured Google Analytics privacy-friendly, in line with the Dutch Data Protection Authority's guidance for cookies with minimal privacy impact:
- we have a data-processing agreement with Google;
- IP addresses are anonymized;
- we share no measurement data with Google for Google's own purposes;
- Google Signals and all advertising features are switched off;
- measurement data is deleted automatically after 2 months.
With these settings the analytics cookie (_ga) has only minimal privacy impact, which is why we show no cookie banner. If you would still rather not be counted, you can switch statistics off with one button at the bottom of this page — we remember that choice for all your future visits.
The Zenchef reservation widget (bottom-right on every page) always loads, so you can always book a table directly; Zenchef may set its own functional cookies, which are covered by Zenchef's privacy policy.
What we don't collect
On our website we use no advertising or marketing trackers, no Facebook Pixel, no TikTok Pixel, no profiling software. The one exception is our separate ad landing pages, and only with your consent — see "Advertising cookies on our ad landing pages" below.
Reservations go through Zenchef. Their privacy policy applies to the data you enter in the booking form — see zenchef.com/privacy. Latinos only receives what's necessary to seat your table (name, date, time, party size, optional contact details).
The map on this site loads as a static image — no Google Maps scripts are loaded and no Google Maps cookies are set. Only when you click "Activate map" yourself do we load the interactive Google Maps map; from that point Google may load scripts and set its own cookies, governed by Google's privacy policy. If you'd rather not load anything from Google, use "Open in Google Maps" to open the map on Google's own website.
Switch statistics off
You can opt out of visitor statistics at any time. Your choice is stored in your browser and applies to all your future visits from this device.

Advertising cookies on our ad landing pages
We sometimes advertise on Google. Clicking such an ad lands you on a separate ad landing page. Only there do we ask you one question: may we use Google marketing cookies to see whether our ads lead to reservations?
- Without your consent we do not set these cookies — that is the default, and the page works fully without them.
- After your consent, Google Ads sets measurement cookies (names starting with
_gcl) that link a reservation, phone click, route click or opened menu to the ad. We do not use them for personalized advertising or remarketing. - Your choice is stored in your browser and applies to all your future visits to those pages from this device.
The rest of the website stays as described above: without advertising cookies.
Changed your mind? You can revise your choice here at any time, with one button: withdraw your consent (we then delete the measurement cookies immediately) or revisit an earlier refusal.
